Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of Supperly, a meal-planning app operated by Philipp Elsässer (SIRET registered in France). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Supperly. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 13 or older.

2. Households

Supperly is organised around households of up to 4 members. Everyone in a household can see and edit that household's recipes, meal plans and grocery lists. Only join a household whose members you trust, and remember that anything you add becomes visible to them.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

4. Imported recipes

Supperly can import recipes from pages you choose. You are responsible for respecting the rights of the source. Imported content is stored for your household's personal use only, and we make no claim to it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no scraping other users' data, no unlawful content, no automated bulk importing.

6. Availability and changes

Supperly is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law, including French and EU consumer protection rules.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

9. Governing law

French law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of your country of residence.
