Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Supperly account and its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open Supperly and sign in.
2. Tap your profile (the avatar in the top-left) to open the menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm in the dialog. You'll be signed out immediately once deletion completes.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you: mealtime890@gmail.com. Please send the request from your account's email address so we can verify it's you.

What gets deleted

• Your account: your profile, email, and login credentials.
• Your session data: all active sign-ins (refresh tokens) are revoked.
• Your household's data — if you are the last member: all recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists in that household are permanently deleted.

If your household has other members, your account is removed but the shared recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists stay with the remaining members.

What is retained

Anonymised usage analytics that are not linked to your identity may be retained for up to 12 months, as described in our Privacy Policy. This data does not contain your recipes or personal details.
